Dispatch Times
Items are dispatched within 48 hours from the date of order with the majority of orders dispatched the same day. You will receive an email notification or phone call when your order is dispatched.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone call within 24 hours and offer you either a full refund or allow you to exchange your order for any other available product to the same value
Shipping Charges
We are student friendly and offer free delivery to the University of Ibadan main gate.
We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders over 50,000 naira.
Our Standard delivery fee on orders under 50,000 naira depends on your delivery method of choice.
Delivery within Ibadan is through logistics company and between 800 to 1000 naira based on location.
Delivery outside Ibadan can be Local Pickup or Home delivery :
- Lagos and Abuja: Local Pickup or Home delivery (1500 to 3000 naira).
- Other States and cities: Local Pickup only (1000 to 3000 naira).
Delivery Time
Within Ibadan: 1 to 3 days.
Outside Ibadan: 2 to 5 days.
